Arise Family Intervention & Training Enterprises – Refund Policy
- Scope & Eligibility
- Programs & Services: Our primary offerings, training programs, consultant services, support services, and books are custom-designed resources. Due to their nature, refunds are only provided under specific conditions as described below.
- Donations: Contributions made toward campaigns (e.g., “Stand‑up for a Family”) are charitable and are non-refundable.
- Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only in the following valid scenarios:
- Program Cancellation by Arise: If we cancel a training program or service before it begins, a full refund of any fees paid will be issued.
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same program or service, we’ll refund the duplicate amount upon verification.
- Defective Goods: If you purchase a physical product (e.g., a book) and it arrives damaged or incorrect, you’re entitled to a refund, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the item in its original condition.
- Refund Process & Timeframes
- Submission: To request a refund, please email us at dchazmen6@aol.com or call 973‑234‑6827, including your name, purchase date, order number (if any), and the reason for your request.
- Review Period: We review each request and will respond within 7 business days.
- Payment Reversal:
- Eligible refunds for services or programs canceled by us or duplicate payments will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Refunds for damaged or incorrect physical items will be processed after we receive and inspect the product, typically within 14 business days after receipt.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). If the original payment channel is unavailable or outdated, we’ll work with you to find an alternative.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- If a training program or service is delivered as scheduled and you attend, a refund will not be issued.
- Partial attendance or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
- Late notification beyond the stipulated period (e.g., after a program ends or more than 14 days post-purchase) will result in a declined refund request.
- Exchanges & Rescheduling
- Programs/Services: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule once (subject to availability), provided you give at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Physical Items: Defective or incorrect products can be exchanged instead of refunded.
Please contact us within 14 days and return the item in unused condition.
